If you would like to use the shuttle bus, please contact the hotel at least 5 days prior to your stay.

and Lake Akan Onsen will be temporarily suspended after March 2025.

A variety of city buses run from Kushiro Station, Kitami Station,

*To catch the bus, please go to the local bus stops on the side facing the outlet mall exit.

RYUGETSU Sweetpia Garden

*Please note that ★are rest stops you can have rest time but CANNOT boarding and leaving at there.
*The bus will leave on time. If you miss the Express Bus, please use other public transport by yourself and the hotel is not responsible for this.
*Recommended to purchase some light meals and snacks before boarding. The Ryugetsu Sweetpia Garden store has fixed closed days.

please note your reservation number and name to us.

After receiving your inquiry email, our staff will reply a confirmation email to you later,
in the top season it will take approximately one week or need more time.
If you don't receive any confirmation email prior to 6 days before your check-in date from hotel staff members,
please call at hotel directly (don't change or cancel bus booking via mail).
Our staff will respond you in Japanese or English.
